Soylent now contained 39 ingredients: vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fat in the form of olive oil and fish oil, various macronutrients such as amino acids as well as probiotics and antioxidants.

After 30 days living on nothing but Soylent, he lost weight, his physique improved, he was able to run for significantly longer at the gym.
