Open Settings on your phone or tablet. Select Privacy. Select Location Services. Make sure Location Services is turned On at the top. Look through the list of programs below, and make sure Cam Remote has " While Using " or " Always " selected.

A confirmation email will be sent to the primary email address associated with your Apple ID. When you recover your device, you will need to unlock it with your passcode.
